Peace of mind is important when buying a property. That’s why I perform a series of background checks, exploring factors such as zoning, flood risks, and the location of underground pipes. I’ll also coordinate building and pest inspections and assist you in understanding the reports. This ensures you can make confident, informed decisions about the property you buy.

Using my in-depth market knowledge, I’ll provide you with a clear picture of local prices, ensuring you understand what a property is worth. This allows us to make a well-placed offer that captures the seller’s interest, while ensuring you don’t overpay.

Once contracts are exchanged, I’ll continue to work with you through to settlement; I’ll liaise with your conveyancer and your lender or mortgage broker to ensure everything’s on track, I’ll conduct a pre-settlement inspection of the property, and I’ll even collect and deliver your new set of keys! All that remains is for you to celebrate your successful purchase.

Auction Representation

Auctions can be intense and overwhelming, especially if you’re trying to secure your dream home. Auctioneers are experts in ‘reading’ buyers and employing strategies to drive up bids, which can lead to buyers overextending in the heat of the moment. 

Before auction day, we’ll meet to discuss your budget, what I see as market value for the property, and agree what you’re willing to pay. Based on this, I’ll create a tiered bidding strategy, with starting bid, optimal bid and walkaway price, and also guide you through what to expect on the day, including if the property doesn’t sell under the hammer.

From bidding to handling any post-auction negotiations and paperwork, I’ll take care of the details to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience.
